At Mediq, as Portal Lead (m/f/d), you will drive digital transformation and support the business strategy for a specific customer group from an e-business perspective by taking responsibility for the further development of our digital products and strategies. You will lead a team, develop strategic visions and be the central point of contact (m/f/d) for digital solutions.

Your tasks:

• Leadership & responsibility: Management of an interdisciplinary e-business team for the further development of our customer portals as well as final responsibility for customer-specific portal developments and strategic roadmaps
• E-business strategy: Development and implementation of the local e-business strategy in line with Mediq's global goals
• Agile project management: Management of agile projects (Scrum) and prioritisation of the backlog in coordination with various stakeholders
• Digital platform development: Networking and implementation of digital solutions to provide end-to-end customer experiences (e.g. our web shop)
• Strategic consulting: Proactive support of the business in digital transformation processes and e-business issues
• Investment & efficiency management: Active monitoring of investments in digital platforms and promotion of operational efficiency
• Collaboration & integration: Close coordination with various international and national stakeholders for strategic planning

Your profile:

• Completed degree with a focus on digital or business administration with at least 8 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of digital customer solutions
• Experience as a product owner, UX manager or team leader
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods, ERP and PIM systems, and stakeholder management
• Innovative spirit and strategic thinking with a view beyond the horizon, paired with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Passion for digital transformation and customer centricity
• Fluent written and spoken German and English

Deine Aufgaben:

• Führung & Verantwortung: Leitung eines interdisziplinären E-Business-Teams zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenportale sowie Endverantwortung für kundenspezifische Portalentwicklungen und strategische Roadmaps
• E-Business-Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung der lokalen E-Business-Strategie im Einklang mit den globalen Zielen von Mediq
• Agile Projektsteuerung: Steuerung agiler Projekte (Scrum) und Priorisierung des Backlogs in Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
• Digitale Plattformentwicklung: Vernetzung und Realisierung digitaler Lösungen zur Bereitstellung von End-to-End-Kundenerlebnissen (z. B. unseren Webshop)
• Strategische Beratung: Proaktive Unterstützung des Business bei digitalen Transformationsprozessen und E-Business-Fragen
• Investitions- & Effizienzsteuerung: Aktive Überwachung von Investitionen in digitale Plattformen und Förderung betrieblicher Effizienz
• Zusammenarbeit & Integration: Enge Abstimmung mit verschiedenen internationalen und nationalen Stakeholdern zur strategischen Planung

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit digitalem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt mit mind. 8 Jahren Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich digitaler Kundenlösungen
• Erfahrung als Product Owner, UX-Verantwortlicher oder Teamleitung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, ERP- und PIM-Systemen sowie im Stakeholder-Management
• Innovationsfreude und strategisches Denken mit Blick über den Tellerrand hinaus gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Leidenschaft für digitale Transformation und Kundenzentrierung
• Sowohl fließende Deutsch- als auch Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
