Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a purpose-driven and caring Business Process Improvement Consultant to join our Business Excellence team, focusing on process performance, data-driven insights, and leveraging digital tools to deliver cost-effective, high-quality process outcomes. You will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives whilst working closely with internal stakeholders, ultimately becoming a trusted partner in delivering impactful and measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Lead business process improvement initiatives, including analyzing existing processes and data, challenging current process designs, helping to define process performance gaps, constructing a compelling business case for proposed changes, and ensuring the successful delivery of improved quality and efficiency.
  • Active involvement throughout the entire process change cycle, including directly engaging in the process change and related work.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication on ongoing process change initiatives, including regular progress updates and timely escalation of outstanding challenges.
  • Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and effectively collaborate with process teams and business process managers in the process development journey.
  • Champion a culture of continuous process improvement and play a key role in enhancing Mediq's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of direct experience in business process management, with demonstrated success in leading process improvement/change initiatives.
  • Experience in applying the right process analysis and improvement principles (e.g., process visualization as-is and to-be for the processes in scope, root cause analysis, 5 Whys, other Lean methods, etc.).
  • Passionate about processes, data, and technology as well as strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management skills and ready to use toolbox to incorporate any changes
  • Good Collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,721 to 3,741 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
