About the Role

 

Customer Service is at the heart of our operations. This position ensures seamless service delivery for key accounts and services we offer and supports our commitment to all our customers. This role is critical to maintaining both compliance and operational excellence.

 

This is a maternity / parental leave cover contract until March 2027.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Handle customer orders and inquiries across multiple channels with professionalism, responsibility, and empathy.
  • Support various back-office tasks and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including automation and self-service improvements.
  • Maintain and work according to agreed processes and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and your colleagues in other countries to deliver a consistent Nordic customer experience.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Preferred education or background: Nursing, healthcare or laboratory-related or business education and/or skills acquired through work experience. Previous B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a sometimes fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • We value the ability to lead your own workday and an interest in having an end-to-end view of processes and customer experience.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English languages is a must, other Nordic languages are an advantage.

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,900 – 3,100 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
