Customer Service Specialist – Assistive Devices Team

Oslo | 1-year maternity cover (fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Assistive Devices team in Oslo on a 1-year maternity cover contract.

Your Mission

• You will be responsible for daily customer contact and follow-up, while also supporting internal stakeholders across sales and product management. Customer care and reliable follow-up are central to our success.
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Order processing, invoicing, and crediting
• Managing returns, non-conformances, claims, and complaints
• Supporting Product Management and Sales
• Supporting sales with delivery times, stock availability, and pricing information

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within customer service
• Bachelor-level education (relevant experience may compensate)
• Experience or interest in healthcare, hospital, or medical-technical environments
• Strong experience working with ERP systems
• Good understanding of process-oriented ways of working
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Available to work from the Oslo office at least three days per week
