What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead monthly performance reporting across Nordic Healthcare Solutions, translating results into clear actions.
  • Review and interpret P&L, working capital, and capex movements to guide optimization.
  • Own the budget and forecasting cycles, aligning stakeholders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Analyze performance drivers (sales, gross margin, working capital) and recommend improvements.
  • Track Opex trends and propose cost‑effective actions.
  • Prepare, execute, and continuously improve budgeting/forecasting processes and related tooling.
  • Represent Finance in cross‑functional projects as a trusted partner.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • A strong finance foundation with an analytical, proactive mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and persuasive presentation skills in PowerPoint.
  • A team‑first, approachable style that builds trust with stakeholders.
  • Degree in finance/related field (bachelor’s minimum; master’s preferred).
  • Languages: fluent English and Finnish, written and spoken.
