Financial Controller
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Responsible for month end closing process coordination.
- Oversee and control balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting, analyze variances, and determine reasons for fluctuations.
- Prepare and ensure accurate & timely reporting to the Group including P&L, BS, Functional Costing, Capex, MPH etc.
- Participate in the processes of monitoring the preparation and execution of the company's short-term and long-term financial plans.
- Advise the company's employees on issues in the field of finance and accounting.
- Participation in budget preparation process.
- Coordinating the process of preparing the annual financial statements.
- Coordination of the audit process, main point of contact for audit enquiries.
- Work with continuous improvements in Business controlling area.
- Ensure quality of financial information for Business decision making.
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial/Business Controller role (or a senior finance specialist with at least the last 2 years in a Financial Controller role).
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles (GAAP. IFRS).
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel (once a month/once a quarter).

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,505 to 4,382 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
