The HR Service Center Manager is responsible for the delivery of HR services from the HR Shared Service Center Lithuania for all of the aligned Mediq countries. This includes the management of the outsourced payroll, the timeliness and quality of the administrative HR processes, managing KPI’s and providing input and testing on the HR systems. Continuous improvement is key in this role where the care for process and people goes hand in hand. Together with the team the role ensures quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction in the five key output areas of the HRSC namely: Information Services, Transactional HR Services, Compliance, HR Systems & Management and Reporting & Management information.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Establish and maintain the administrative framework of the HR department, including advising on and testing HR systems in collaboration with the HR Tech team, ensuring compliance with HR policies and current laws and regulations.
  • Serve as an advisor and resource for HR staff, managers and employees regarding personnel administration and organizational matters.
  • Oversee the comprehensive process of administrative and informational tasks within the HR Service Center Lithuania.
  • Manage outsourced payroll operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, manage relationships with various countries, and lead KPI calls.
  • Implement HR guidelines and procedures within the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Mediq to further develop the HR department and its administrative organization.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for management purposes.
  • Provide leadership and operational management for HR Service Center Lithuania employees.
  • Contribute to and monitor the staffing and budget of the HR Service Center Lithuania.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with HR administrative organization
  • Knowledge and affinity with HR and IT
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,825 to 4,782 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
