The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting our HR services across Europe. You will work semi-independently, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

• Perform operational HR tasks, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with the payroll team to facilitate timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
• Continuously improve HR processes and knowledge base, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in transitioning or improving HR processes is a plus, with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Proficiency in both English and German is a must.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, would be advantageous.

Monthly Salary:

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,500 to 3,166 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
