Als Head (m/w/d) of IT Applications Deutschland übernimmst du eine zentrale strategische Rolle in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld. Du verantwortest nicht nur den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die Sicherheit unserer IT Applications-Organisation, sondern treibst auch maßgeblich die digitale Transformation sowie unsere ERP-Modernisierung voran.

In dieser Schlüsselposition gestaltest du Prozesse, Systeme und Strukturen aktiv mit – immer mit dem Ziel, Innovation, Effizienz und Transparenz im gesamten Unternehmen zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben:

• IT-Verantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für die deutsche IT Applications-Organisation sowie für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Teams
• NIS2-Compliance & Cybersecurity: Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung der NIS2-Richtlinie, einschließlich Risikomanagement, Security-Governance, Incident-Response-Prozessen sowie regelmäßiger Assessments und Awareness-Schulungen
• ERP-Transformation: Leitung der deutschen Anwendungs-Workstreams der ERP-Transformation (Kumavision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Prozess- & Lösungsverantwortung: Sicherstellung von Prozessharmonisierung, Lösungsdesign, Testphasen, Datenmigration und Change Management
• Digitale Lösungen: Einführung und Integration digitaler Tools wie Kundenportale und Workflow-Automatisierung gemeinsam mit benachbarten Fachbereichen
• Operational Excellence: Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung operativer Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Qualität
• Stakeholder-Management: Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Implementierungspartnern und IT Applications
• Globale IT-Abstimmung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen IT Applications-Organisation unter Einhaltung von Standards sowie Sicherstellung konzernweiter Compliance-Anforderungen (inkl. NIS2)
• M&A-Unterstützung: IT-seitige Begleitung von potenziellen Akquisitionen inklusive Due Diligence und Systemintegrationen

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 10–15 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem internationalen Mittelstands- oder Konzernumfeld inklusive Führungsverantwortung
• Erfahrung in Change- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise in ERP-Transformationsprojekten (Kumavision von Vorteil)
• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis zentraler Geschäftsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Finance, Logistik, Operations und Vertrieb
• Erfahrung in IT-Security sowie idealerweise in der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Erfahrung in M&A- / Buy-and-Build-Szenarien wünschenswert
• Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau

Help shape the future of our IT applications landscape in Germany!

As Head of IT Applications Germany, you will take on a central strategic role in a dynamic, international environment. You will not only be responsible for setting up, developing, and securing our IT applications organization, but you will also play a key role in driving forward digital transformation and our ERP modernization.

In this key position, you will actively help shape processes, systems, and structures—always with the aim of strengthening innovation, efficiency, and transparency throughout the company.

Your tasks:

• IT responsibility: Overall responsibility for the German IT Applications organization as well as for the management and further development of the IT teams
• NIS2 compliance & cybersecurity: Responsibility for the implementation and continuous development of all measures to comply with the NIS2 directive, including risk management, security governance, incident response processes, and regular assessments and awareness training
• ERP transformation: Management of the German application workstreams of the ERP transformation (Kumavision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Process & solution responsibility: Ensuring process harmonization, solution design, test phases, data migration, and change management
• Digital solutions: Introduction and integration of digital tools such as customer portals and workflow automation in collaboration with neighboring departments
• Operational excellence: Analysis, optimization, and digitization of operational processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and quality
• Stakeholder management: Central interface between departments, implementation partners, and IT applications
• Global IT coordination: Close cooperation with the global IT applications organization in compliance with standards and ensuring group-wide compliance requirements (including NIS2)
• M&A support: IT support for potential acquisitions, including due diligence and system integrations

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• 10–15 years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in an international medium-sized or corporate environment, including management responsibility
• Experience in change and project management, ideally in ERP transformation projects (Kumavision an advantage)
• In-depth understanding of key business processes in collaboration with interfaces such as finance, logistics, operations, and sales
• Experience in IT security and, ideally, in the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Experience in M&A/buy-and-build scenarios desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills paired with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level
