Integration Delivery Manager

Due to continued growth, Mediq UK are now recruiting for a Integration Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of business integrations and major transformation programmes across Mediq UK. The role owns integration planning, governance and cross‑functional execution from deal signing through post‑integration stabilisation, ensuring operational continuity, protection of revenue, and timely realisation of synergies.

Salary - £80,000

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Integration Leadership 

  • Own the full integration lifecycle for Mediq UK acquisitions, from deal signing through post integration stabilisation.
  • Develop, maintain and govern the master integration plan, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies and accountability across all functions.
  • Establish and run effective integration governance, cadence and reporting, holding functional leaders accountable for delivery against agreed commitments
  • Hold functional leaders accountable for delivery.

 

ERP & E2E Flow Oversight 

  • Ensure the successful delivery of ERP migrations, with particular focus on Order‑to‑Invoice (O2I) continuity and stability. 
  • Oversee the transition of customer, product, supplier and pricing master data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go‑live. 
  • Validate that commercial, operational and financial flows function correctly post‑migration, preventing revenue leakage or margin distortion. 
  • Prevent revenue leakage or margin distortion. 

 

Change & Communication 

  • Own the integration narrative, ensuring consistent, clear communication across the organisation during periods of change. 
  • Lead change control governance, managing scope, risks and dependencies across workstreams. 
  • Prepare executive‑ready materials to support senior decision‑making and integration steering forums. 

Transformation & Value Realisation

  • Drive standardisation to the One Mediq operating model as part of integration delivery. 
  • Track and ensure synergy capture and value realisation against approved business cases. 
  • Transition ownership of integrated processes, systems and controls back into BAU functions once stability is achieved.

 

Oversee integration delivery team  

  • Oversee the integration delivery team, including direct oversight of master data and process change activities. 
  • Engage and drive outputs from the wider, matrixed integration community across IT, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and HR. 
  • Work closely with the technical ERP team to ensure end‑to‑end alignment between system delivery and business readiness. 

 

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with a clear focus on protecting revenue and operational stability during periods of change and have proven experience in integration delivery, transformation or programme leadership, with responsibility for coordinating complex, cross functional change initiatives.

It’ll be great if you also have:

  • Strong, hands-on experience of ERP migration programmes, with particular focus on end-to-end Order to Invoice (O2I) processes  
  • Experience of M&A processes and delivery
  • Demonstrable experience working across commercial, operational and financial functions, ensuring alignment during periods of change  
  • Experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders, holding functional leaders to account for delivery against agreed plans and milestones  
  • Strong understanding of integration lifecycle management, from deal signing through stabilisation and transition to BAU  
  • Solid knowledge of master data domains (customer, product, supplier, pricing) and their impact on operational and financial flows during system  
  • Clear understanding of governance frameworks, integration planning, and delivery assurance in complex environments  
  • Strong programme planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies  
  • Highly effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive ready materials and support decision making  
  • Ability to identify and manage integration risks, particularly those impacting revenue, margin, operational continuity and customer service
