Internship in Accounting Team - Vilnius

Join our Finance team and gain valuable, hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations in a global healthcare company. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to develop practical skills and support the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Payable (AP) function.

 

We can offer full-time or part-time positions for students.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Assist with the entry, validation, and tracking of invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
  • Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support service delivery and relationship management.
  • Support the team in maintaining quality and performance standards.
  • Participate in team initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Contribute to financial month-end procedures where possible.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiar with basic finance and accounting practices.
  • Good level of English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about developing a career in finance.

 

Location: Vilnius
