Key Account Manager - Finland

Your Mission

The role focuses on driving sales growth by identifying high‑value commercial opportunities, expanding market share, and developing strategic account plans. It requires building strong partnerships across hospitals and healthcare providers, leading commercially driven negotiations, and increasing profitability through upselling, cross‑selling, and pricing insights. Continuous analysis of customer performance and market trends ensures proactive responses to competition and emerging growth opportunities.

What is your background?

• Proven sales and account management experience within the healthcare industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and drive complex customer initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with financial metrics and margins.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven working style.
• Adaptable, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
