Berichtslinie: Head of S&OP
In Deiner Rolle als Manager (m/w/d) Demand & Supply Planning übernimmst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams „Demand & Supply Planning“ und bist verantwortlich für Coaching und Unterstützung der einzelnen Teammitglieder sowie für die organisatorische Steuerung des Teams.
Deine zentrale Aufgabe ist die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer präzisen Absatzprognose in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den dafür relevanten Schnittstellen. Dabei sorgst Du für eine zuverlässige Nachfrage- und Angebotsplanung, die sowohl die termingerechte Belieferung unserer Kunden als auch eine optimale Lagerbestandsführung sicherstellt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung & Verantwortung: Fachliche, disziplinarische und kaufmännische Leitung eines sechsköpfigen Teams durch zielorientiertes Motivieren, Anleiten und Steuern zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele
- Bedarfsplanung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Einkauf, Produktmanagement und Logistik zur Planung des Bedarfs
- Forecastmanagement: Durchführung einer qualitativen und quantitativen Überwachung, Planung sowie Koordination des S&OP-Forecast-Prozesses innerhalb des internen Beschaffungsablaufs
- Meetings: Teilnahme an wöchentlichen S&OE-Meetings sowie monatlichen Demand- und S&OP-Meetings gemeinsam mit dem Management
- Beschaffung und Lieferantenmanagement: Budgetverantwortung sowie Verantwortlichkeit für die Disposition und Bestellabwicklung mit externen Lieferanten inkl. Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lieferanten
- Optimierungen: Verbesserung der Lieferperformance (OTIF) durch Ursachenanalyse sowie Identifikation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozess-Standards zur Steigerung der Effizienz
- Datenanalyse und Reporting: Analyse und Überwachung von KPIs inkl. Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Demand- und Supply-Planung sowie im S&OP-Prozess
- Führungserfahrung und Talent für Teamentwicklung
- Sowohl fließende Deutsch- als auch Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und gängigen MS-Office-Tools
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, bist offen für neue Herausforderungen und in der Lage, Dich schnell auf wechselnde Anforderungen einzustellen

Reporting line: Head of S&OP
In your role as Manager (m/f/d) Demand & Supply Planning, you will take on the technical and disciplinary management of the “Demand & Supply Planning” team and be responsible for coaching and supporting individual team members as well as for the organisational management of the team.
Your main task will be to further develop and implement accurate sales forecasts in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces. In doing so, you will ensure reliable demand and supply planning, which guarantees both on-time delivery to our customers and optimal inventory management.
Your tasks:
- Leadership & responsibility: Technical, disciplinary and commercial management of a six-person team through goal-oriented motivation, guidance and control to achieve our corporate goals
- Demand planning: Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing, purchasing, product management and logistics to plan demand
- Forecast management: Carrying out qualitative and quantitative monitoring, planning and coordination of the S&OP forecast process within the internal procurement process
- Meetings: Participating in weekly S&OE meetings and monthly demand and S&OP meetings together with management
- Procurement and supplier management: Budget responsibility and responsibility for scheduling and order processing with external suppliers, including the further development of existing suppliers
- Optimisation: Improvement of delivery performance (OTIF) through root cause analysis and identification and continuous development of process standards to increase efficiency
- Data analysis and reporting: Analysis and monitoring of KPIs, including derivation of appropriate measures
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, supply chain management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in demand and supply planning and in the S&OP process
- Leadership experience and talent for team development
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel and common MS Office tools
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- You have strong problem-solving skills, are open to new challenges and are able to adapt quickly to changing requirements
