Marketing Coordinator Apprentice

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Apprentice to join our growing marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who enjoys being organised, working across a variety of tasks, and delivering high-quality work. You will support marketing campaigns, events, and content that engages customers and support our sales teams.

This is an office based role, working from our Mediq UK site in Castle Donington.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

You will:

Campaigns & Sales Support

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across key customer segments
• Work closely with Product Managers to support product campaigns, launches, and market research activities
• Support sales teams with campaigns and customer engagement activity, including event attendance and follow-up
• Work with internal teams to keep campaigns organised and on track

Events & Customer Engagement

• Assist in organising events, exhibitions, and customer activities, including logistics and follow-ups
• Attend events where required to support delivery and engagement

Content & Marketing Materials

• Draft and update social media posts
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and campaign assets
• Assist with case studies and customer stories

Digital & Website Support

• Upload and maintain website content
• Support the set-up of simple forms and landing pages to support campaigns and lead generation
• Provide support to the digital team where required

Marketing Operations & Support

• Support market research and branding projects
• Coordinate promotional materials and marketing assets
