Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLA’s
- Register new customers, suppliers and articles in the ERP system
- Review information and ensure it is according to standards and supplier requirements for identification
- Work on data enhancement and escalate data governance issues
- Process additional requests for materials that does not meet standards
- Carry out harmonization, replacement and duplication reduction processes
- Ensure continuation of services in times of (un)expected unavailability
- Create and/or maintain work Instructions
- Suggest process improvements ideas and participate in the initiatives of bringing ideas to life.
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus
- IT literate (MS Office, data managing ERP)
- Good understanding of technical items and documents
- Quick learner
- Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Strong process and internal customer orientation
- Attention to details

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,174 to 2,717 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
