We are seeking an accomplished pricing professional to lead pricing decision-making across B2B and digital channels. This role blends strategic pricing with hands-on execution to improve margins, strengthen pricing discipline, and support sustainable, profitable growth in a complex, multi-SKU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development and application of pricing frameworks, models and channel pricing structures.
- Assess customer, product and channel profitability to identify pricing, mix and margin opportunities.
- Convert pricing strategy into executable actions with clear financial rationales and controls.
- Deliver Net Revenue Management (NRM) insight across price, mix, and channels
- Price and margin analysis to pinpoint revenue leakage and value creation opportunities
- Provide scenario modelling, deal support and margin guidance to commercial stakeholders.
- Maintain pricing governance to ensure consistency, accuracy and auditability across channels
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or commercial finance.
It would also be great if you have:
- Strong grasp of pricing strategy, price elasticity, margin management and NRM principles.
- Advanced Excel capability; experience using BI/analytical tools to inform pricing decisions
- Practical use of AI/ML to support pricing decisions (e.g., elasticity estimation, clustering/segmentation, promotional effectiveness).
- Track record of supporting pricing decisions, deal economics and commercial trade-offs.
- Experience within multi-SKU, margin-sensitive B2B and/or digital commerce environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence through clear insight and rationale.
