Quality Assurance Tester
About the Role
Your knowledge of a reliable test process in an agile/scrum environment and your experience with web applications and test automation comes together in this function. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years (with possibility to extend based on business needs and performance).

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- As we work Agile Scrum (DevOps) you are part of the continuous development team and participate in the different scrum events;
- Responsible for the functional test and approval of stories (features, projects) and bugs, working closely with developers and business;
- Execute and coordinate the regression test together with business and IT;
- Creating the test scripts and document the test-results;
- Automate test scripts where possible;
- Having refinements with your dev-team, the business (Product owner) and UI/UX and support estimations with test-impact;
- Support the team with troubleshoot of technical problems and contact business;
- Keep your knowledge up to date and have added value in refinement sessions;
- Improve the test process and tooling for the team;
- Perform activities that are executed by the Scrum Master in case required;
- Contribute to the digital strategy of the platform and organization;
- You report to the Manager Digital IT;
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;
- 3 years’ experience with test execution;
- Experience with testing portals and web-applications, interfaces and know how to work with different browsers (also mobile), cookies and caching;
- Knowledge and experience with test methodologies like TMAP and/or ISTQB;
- Experienced with scrum-master activities; working with Agile-Scrum and DevOps processes (Jira, confluence);
- Experience with test tooling and automation (UIpath, Browserstack);
- Experience with working in a distributed team/offshoring;
- Possessing good analytical and communication skills, a proactive team player that participates well in scrum-events;
- You are comfortable in the English language and are used to work in an global/international environment;
- Experience with incident management process and communication with the user organization;
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus;

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,550 – 3,300 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
