Sales Manager LAB

Mediq Norway/Sweden has the ambition to be a leading player in the dissemination of equipment and expertise related to Norwegian hospitals and invitro diagnostics.
To strengthen our work with Norwegian laboratories, we are therefore looking for Sales Manager LAB.
What we would like you to contribute with:
As a Sales Manager LAB you will have overall sales responsibility as well as personnel responsibility for Product Managers and Product Specialists in the Lab team in Norway and Sweden. You will provide sales support and guide Product Managers and Product Specialists in operational sales.
• Identify sales opportunities, sales to new customers,
• Follow-up existing customers, customer support, problem solving, training and competence • Attend and participate in exhibitions.
• Responsible for tender work in the Lab team
• Business Development - Identify potential new products that can be brought in to the Norwegian market

Whether you come from a clinical background or have experience with medical products, your ability to analyze market trends and build relationships will be key to your success.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, or a related field
• Proven experience in relevant areas of hospital / research • Strong analytical and sales skills
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian & English, both verbally and in writing
