  • Procurement & Supply Chain Support – Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and efficient stock flow.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise and coach junior stock controllers and warehouse staff, setting best practices and driving performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Produce regular reports, analyze stock trends, and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure correct storage, health and safety standards, and proper disposal of obsolete or damaged stock.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience – 5+ years in stock control/inventory management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Knowledge – Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Leadership & Communication – Strong supervisory experience, able to train and motivate a team.
  • Analytical Skills – Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot trends and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Resilience – Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

At Mediq, you’ll be part of a growing, profitable business making a real difference in healthcare across the UK. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring patients get the care they need.

If you’re ready to take on a key role in a business with strong growth ambitions and a meaningful mission, we’d love to hear from you.
