Commercial Product Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship‑oriented and customer‑focused Commercial Product Manager to strengthen our business and support sustainable growth across Finland and the Nordic markets.
About the role
In this key role, your primary focus is on owning customer relationships and developing long‑term partnerships that deliver real value. You will work closely with healthcare customers to understand their daily challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure that Mediq’s solutions genuinely support their work and improve outcomes.
While you will also contribute to product assortment development and collaborate with suppliers, this is first and foremost a customer‑centric commercial role. You will act as the link between customer needs, sales teams and Mediq’s portfolio — ensuring that we bring the right solutions to the market and help our customers focus on what matters most: caring for their own patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Lead sales and demand forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Develop and manage product assortment based on customer needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including pricing negotiations.
- Drive product positioning, tender pricing, and marketing initiatives.
- Support Sales with product expertise, value propositions, and training.
- Perform product demonstrations for new products and suppliers.
- Manage product information, documentation, and sample preparation.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and support agreement implementation.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform replenishment teams on tender outcomes.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and customer segments.
What You Bring
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the medical device market and understanding of clinical/legal requirements.
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Sourcing, Category Management and Tender teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with impact and influence.
- Background in healthcare (e.g., nurse) or relevant education/work experience.
- Agility and ability to adapt to fast‑changing environments.
- Understanding of wound care is considered an advantage.

Location
Espoo (Finland) – with travel required when needed.
