Customer Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the essential connection between customers, service engineers, suppliers, and internal sales teams. Your work ensures fast, reliable support and outstanding customer satisfaction every day.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and handle service requests via phone, ticketing system and email
- Coordinate service cases with engineers and maintain contracts, maintenance data and service invoicing in the ERP system
- Support service logistics including equipment registration, repair handling, loan equipment coordination and cleaning procedures
- Manage spare parts and tools: creation and ordering of spare parts, warranty claims, stock movements and inventory in the ERP system
What You Bring
- Technical education and/or relevant work experience
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and use ERP systems
- Confident user of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Finnish (written and spoken)
