This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months (with possibility to extend based on business needs and performance).

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Create and maintain master data in accordance to agreed SLA’s
  • Register new customers, suppliers and articles in the ERP system
  • Review information and ensure it is according to standards and supplier requirements for identification
  • Work on data enhancement according to information from suppliers’ databases
  • Process additional requests for materials that does not meet standards
  • Carry out harmonization, replacement and duplication reduction processes
  • Ensure compliance of material descriptions within defined templates and patterns
  • Ensure continuation of services in times of (un)expected unavailability
  • Escalate data governance issues
  • Create and/or maintain work Instructions
  • Suggest improvements and participate in improvement initiatives

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Fluent English (level B2 and above)
  • Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus
  • IT literate (MS Office, data managing ERP)
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work with multiple IT systems and within a multicultural environment
  • Good understanding of technical items and documents
  • Strong process and internal customer orientation, strong attention to details
  • Adaptation to new changes

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,174 to 2,717 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
