Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain master data in line with service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Register customers, suppliers, and articles in the ERP system
- Validate, enhance, and harmonize data
- Ensure compliance of material descriptions
- Process exceptions and support governance
- Maintain work instructions and contribute to improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in a global service center or operational environment in a similar role is preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple IT systems and in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment
- Strong process orientation with a clear focus on internal customer service excellence
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,174 to 2,718 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
