As part of our Nordic Quality team, you will work closely with colleagues across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, sharing knowledge, driving improvements, and helping to create a consistent approach to quality and sustainability across the region. 

 

At the same time, you will play a key role in the Norwegian organization, bringing people together, strengthening collaboration, and turning quality and ESG requirements into practical improvements that make a real difference.

About the Role

 

As Quality Manager, Norway, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards for quality, compliance and Sustainability. 

 

You will lead the continuous improvement of our Management System within a regulated medical device distribution environment.

 

You will combine local responsibility with close Nordic collaboration, working across functions to drive improvement, share best practices, and support regional initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities – What will you do?

 

  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations such as EU MDR/IVDR, GDP requirements, including storage, transport, traceability (UDI, batch/lot), complaints, vigilance, and recall processes. 
  • Maintain and continuously improve the QMS/EMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001), including implementation of processes, procedures, documentation governance, and organizational responsibilities. 
  • Manage nonconformities, CAPA, risk-based thinking, and compliance monitoring, including GAP analyses and continuous improvement activities. 

 

What You Bring

 

You are a collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and communicating effectively across functions and countries. You combine a structured and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills and enjoy finding practical solutions to complex challenges. 

 

To succeed in this role, you have: 

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in quality management within medical devices or another regulated industry.  
  • Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EU MDR/IVDR, audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks
  • Analytical and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across functions, teams, and international environments. 

 

Experience with ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting,healthcare distribution or supply chain environments, or working in a Nordic or international organization is an extra advantage. Familiarity with GDPR or data protection processes is also beneficial. 
 

Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
