Quality & Sustainability Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Are you passionate about quality, sustainability, and driving meaningful impact in healthcare? Mediq is looking for a motivated Quality & Sustainability Specialist to help strengthen our management systems and support our mission to improve health outcomes across the Nordics.
This is a maternity cover contract planned until September 2027
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Maintain and improve the Management System (MS)
- Update MS documentation and support users
- Facilitate deviation handling and follow-up
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Perform reporting, registrations, and analyses
- Support CAPA processes
- Develop Environmental Sustainability documentation for Mediq Suomi
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- Strong English and Finnish language skills
- University degree (completed or near completion)
- Experience in quality or regulatory affairs is an advantage
- Knowledge of MDR Article 15 PRRC qualifications is a plus
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Monthly Salary:
Monthly salary for this position is from 3,300 – 4,130 EUR. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
