Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed term 6 Months Contract

 

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruitment in the Nordics and Lithuania.

 

Based in Vilnius, you will play a key role in identifying and securing the best talent for the company while supporting the growth and enhancement of our recruitment strategies in these regions.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Manage the full recruitment process for roles across Commercial, Sales, Operations, and other functions in the Nordics and Lithuania, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and methods to attract top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment campaigns, networking and managing preferred suppliers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with an international team of recruiters to ensure a cohesive and effective talent acquisition strategy across regions.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of talent acquisition capabilities by sharing best practices and helping to refine the recruitment processes and systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the talent market in the Nordics and Lithuania, advising the company on trends, challenges, and opportunities in recruitment.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple regions, particularly in the Nordics and Lithuania.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for growing talent acquisition capabilities.

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,500 to 3,700 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
