About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting the accounts receivable for the Mediq Benelux region portfolio. This includes maintaining contact with external clients in the following categories: individuals, hospitals, institutions, and other trade debtors by email and phone.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring smooth processing and management of transactions like payments allocation etc
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong working relationships
• Work with the team to ensure compliance with policies and continuously refine best practices
• Perform and deliver high-quality work as defined by relevant and agreed KPIs
• Implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Accounts Receivable process
• Participate in the development of a culture focused on continuous improvement

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a major in accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable processes. Experience in a complex and international business environment and working with SAP is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting end-to-end processes
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• knowledge of AI, macros, SQL is advantageous

Monthly Salary:

Monthly base salary for this position is 2,350 - 2,800 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
