About the role

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the accounts receivable portfolio in the Nordics region. This includes, maintaining contact with external clients such as hospitals, institutions, and other trade debtors.

 

This position is a maternity cover.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Support daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring smooth processing and management of transactions like payments allocation etc.
  • Collection activities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Work with the team to ensure compliance with policies and continuously refine best practices.
  • Perform and deliver high-quality work as defined by relevant and agreed KPIs.
  • Implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable process.
  • Participate in the development of a culture focused on continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a major in accounting.
  • Approximately 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience in a complex and international business environment and working with SAP is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting end-to-end processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,180 - 2,750 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
