Brand Manager Group
Do you want to play a key role in shaping and strengthening Mediq’s European brand presence? As our portfolio of Owned and Partner Brands continues to grow, we are looking for a Group Brand Manager who will take ownership of developing, activating, and safeguarding our brand across all markets and channels.
Your role
You will support the Group Marketing Director in activating and elevating the Mediq Own Brand identity, ensuring consistent execution across Europe. You are responsible for developing brand strategies, strengthening brand equity, and translating positioning into clear messaging, visual identity, and high‑quality materials that convert decision‑makers.
A core part of your role is owning the Brand Book, leading brand activation frameworks, and building campaigns and content that bring our hero products to life. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, Category Management, Sales, and external agencies to deliver impactful and compliant brand communication.
You also play an important role in building internal brand engagement, ensuring that teams across Europe adopt the right tools, templates, and processes to create a unified brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Brand Book, ensuring correct and consistent application across markets
- Develop global templates, toolkits and visual guidelines for local activation
- Lead the Hero Product 365 campaign framework, including narratives and activation assets
- Create sales and marketing enablement materials (training, clinical narratives, product collateral)
- Produce digital content and provide it to the Digital Marketing team
- Monitor brand health and campaign performance and translate insights into improvements
- Ensure legal, regulatory and visual compliance across communication and packaging
- Build internal brand engagement and align stakeholders, suppliers and agencies
- Improve ways of working between global and local marketing teams
- Work closely with Category, Digital, Commercial and Sourcing teams to activate portfolio initiatives
Your profile
- 7+ years’ experience in brand management or marketing communication, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, consumer health or FMCG
- Proven ability to translate global brand strategy into practical local activation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, omnichannel content and SEO/SEM fundamentals
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Category, Digital, Commercial and Sourcing teams
- Solid grasp of portfolio strategy, pricing and value creation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international matrix
- Analytical, structured and able to balance creativity with data‑driven decision‑making
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
