About the role

 

We’re looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to optimize, manage, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes within a specific business function. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of change across business processes, turning strategic priorities into practical improvement initiatives and helping the business deliver measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Develop, coordinate, manage, and help deliver annual process optimization plans for relevant end-to-end chains, aligned to business strategy.
  • Coordinate improvement plans with fellow Business Process Managers, Business Process Owners, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Prioritize improvement proposals and ensure the right initiatives move forward at the right time.
  • Own the completeness and quality of the business process framework for the relevant end-to-end process.
  • Define KPIs based on organizational requirements and approved standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stimulate optimal process performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts to support timely delivery of IT and digital solutions for process optimization.
  • Maintain close coordination with Process Excellence Managers on ways of working, documentation guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation and requirements to subject matter experts, end users, and Product Owners during process changes.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Completed higher professional education or university education.
  • 5 years of experience improving and changing business processes.
  • Strong project management and program management experience in process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in relevant end-to-end process areas such as order to cash and record to report.
  • Experience working in international environments. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Lithuanian is an advantage (but not required).

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,500 to 4,500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
