Are you ready to develop the category of PPE and Nursing Facility and take your expertise into a strategic role? At Mediq, we are looking for a passionate and structured professional to join our Nordic Product Management organization as Commercial Product Manager – with responsibility for the Swedish market and product categories within PPE and Nursing Facility.

As a Commercial Product Manager in Sweden, you will be responsible for the product assortment and for optimizing the product portfolio within PPE and Nursing Facility. You will drive the commercial success of your categories by working both strategically and operationally across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

• Taking responsibility for the category development in the Swedish market, ensuring products meet both clinical needs and business objectives with local regulations and ensuring your portfolio supports Mediq’s sustainability ambitions
• Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the product portfolio, including data accuracy, lifecycle updates, and process alignment across systems and stakeholders to ensure a seamless face-in/face-out product flow
• Continual development of strong professional knowledge within the product areas, as well as ensuring it is effectively shared with the sales team to support successful sales efforts
• Executing category strategies grounded in the Swedish market trends, local healthcare requirements, tender demands, price optimization and overall business goals
• Work cross-functionally across Mediq and engage proactively with local suppliers to stay ahead with a competitive and current nutrition product range

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

• A strong understanding of the core product categories PPE and Nursing Facility and patient-centered care, paired with a commercial mindset
• Experience in a commercial role—ideally within product management, category management, tender processes, or healthcare-related sales
• The ability to work confidently across both strategic and hands-on operational tasks
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and cultural backgrounds
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Solid data handling skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is essential
