What are you going to do?
In this critical role, you will oversee the roll-out of our Group Sales Force Effectiveness Tool-Kit across all markets outside the Netherlands. By collaborating with local teams, you will enhance commercial processes, streamline tools and systems, and create scalable solutions that drive success.
Key responsibilities:
- Roll-out of the Group Sales Force Effectiveness tool-kit to other markets. Which for example contains:
- Customer data cleanse and segmentation
- Customer white spot analysis
- CRM enablement (specifically copying SAP C4C platform NL set-up
- Provide expertise and hands-on support to local teams.
- Standardize and scale commercial processes, CRM systems, and Cognos reporting platforms.
- Oversee key cross-market initiatives.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing across all Mediq markets.
- Drive change management and transformation within commercial teams.
What is your background?
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in analytics.
- Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence (BI).
- Familiarity with IT and data landscapes in commercial and operational settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and create synergy across markets.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to managing complexity and delivering actionable solutions.
- Expertise in process mapping, translating business behaviors into efficient systems and processes.
- Strong data skills and a hands-on mentality with a focus on results and operational excellence.
