The Finance ERP Specialist, will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Solutions Manager with all our finance data in our ERP system. In this role, you will work closely with the IT department and other functional teams to ensure Mediq’s high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

• Translate finance requirements into ERP system functionality.
• Collaborate with IT, project teams, and business stakeholders across countries.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards.
• Support data migration, testing, and user training from a finance perspective.
• Identify and address process improvement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support for existing countries in production.
• Provide ongoing support during and after go-live, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

• Strong background in finance or accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent a plus).
• Proven experience working in finance positions, at least 3+ years.
• Prior work in multinational corporations or group structures operating across borders.
• Deep understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both written and verbal.
