You will identify opportunities to improve sales and gross margins within your category across clusters and define clear steering and optimization actions. You own and maintain the product hierarchy for your category, including approving new SKUs for local markets and leading SKU rationalization initiatives. You will define a good-better-best assortment strategy and advise countries on the optimal marketing mix.

You will also play an active role in sourcing activities by identifying new suppliers, evaluating sourcing opportunities, supporting supplier selection processes, participating in commercial negotiations, and contributing to supplier relationship management. Working closely with Sourcing, Procurement, Quality, and local commercial teams, you will help build a competitive and innovative supplier base that supports Mediq's growth ambitions.

The product development aspect of the role includes responsibility in line with Medical Device Regulation (MDR), with full support from the QA/RA department.
