About the role

 

This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and confidence in handling complex HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Own and manage end-to-end HR operational activities, including onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, employee changes, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation
  • Handle HR queries independently, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution
  • Maintain and manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Own end-to-end payroll activities, including gathering and validating all payroll inputs and leading payroll submissions to external vendors
  • Review payroll outputs prepared by vendors, coordinate any required corrections, and approve payroll for processing
  • Prepare and maintain HR operational reports for various stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs, management, finance), including payroll inputs, volumes, trends, and quality metrics
  • Proactively identify operational issues, risks, or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
  • Support and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and the HR knowledge base
  • Manage multiple HR cases simultaneously, effectively prioritizing workload in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders across international markets to ensure seamless HR service delivery

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or HR services
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP or similar) and confidence handling HR data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for daily communication with international stakeholders
  • Experience in a shared service center or international HR environment is an advantage
  • Exposure to payroll processes, including payroll inputs, vendor coordination, and payroll reviews is an advantage

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,550 – 3,187 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
