IFS Solution AMS Manager

About The Role
As IFS Solution AMS Manager, you will be responsible for leading the AMS capability around our core ERP (IFS) platform and related systems. You will ensure high-quality service delivery across incidents, requests, problems, and changes, while enabling predictable and well-governed releases in close collaboration with the Release Manager.
You will act as the single point of contact for change management within the IFS domain, ensuring that all changes are risk-assessed, business-aligned, and executed smoothly. At the same time, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to continuously improve service quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities – What will you do?
• Lead, develop, and manage the IFS AMS team, including capacity planning, performance, and onboarding
• Own end-to-end AMS service delivery across incident, request, and problem management
• Act as the single point of contact for IFS-related changes, ensuring readiness for CAB and smooth release execution
• Drive clear communication of changes, business impact, and coordinate UAT and go/no-go decisions
• Align AMS activities with release cycles, ensuring quality, testing readiness, and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage vendors, SLAs, and service performance
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security standards, and audit requirements
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, AMS, or ERP service management
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership
• Strong experience with ITIL processes, especially Change and Release Management
• Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Solid understanding of testing processes, environments, and deployments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical change into business impact
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
• Hands-on experience with IFS (Cloud or Apps 9/10)
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and regression testing
• Exposure to regulated environments and security-by-design principles
