We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics who makes a difference by translating strategy into measurable impact, growing a high-performing team, and contributing hands-on to valuable insights for Sales, Digital, Customer Contact Center (CCC), Category Management, and Marketing.
Your role
As Lead Data Analytics, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the data and analytics strategy. You lead a team of five data professionals, set clear priorities, safeguard the quality of analyses and dashboards, and continuously increase the organization’s data maturity. You work closely with multiple business units and act as a key link between business and IT. You report to the Manager SFE & Data Analytics and are part of the Digital & Data Analytics department.
What will you do?

Lead the Data Analytics team by coaching, developing, and providing clear direction

Perform in-depth analyses for various business units, including customer satisfaction, sales opportunities, and accessibility

Prioritize and manage the analytics backlog

Translate and implement the Data & Analytics strategy

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making

Ensure data quality, data governance, and compliance

Drive innovation through new analytical techniques, machine learning, and AI

Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Contact Center (CCC), Category Management, and Marketing

Translate complex analyses into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Initiate and lead projects focused on data-driven ways of working

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
What do you bring?
You have a master’s level of thinking and working and at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. You are experienced in working with multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization.
You bring strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools, with hands-on experience using SQL, Python, R and/or Cognos. You are familiar with agile and scrum methodologies, project management practices, and you excel in presenting insights, persuading stakeholders, and applying data storytelling to drive understanding and impact.
In addition, you demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills, are effective in stakeholder management, possess excellent analytical capabilities, and have a clear results-driven mindset.
