About the Role
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with our local IT team as well as our colleauges in the Nordics on various IT related assignments. This includes, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and working on other IT related projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills for somone who is looking to build their career in IT.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and IT equipment
- Remove or grant user system and software accesses
- Work with IT ticketing system
- Assist with new employee onboarding/offboarding
- IT hardware and inventory management
- IT Task procedure and user-centric documentation
- Provide IT related assistance to users locally or remotely
Role Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in IT or a related field
- Technical mindset with an interest in IT
- Familiar with Windows Operating system
- Computer skills to research, diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Familiar with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel)
- Good level of English language skills, both written and spoken.
