About the Role
If you want to join a newly created and centralized Supply Planning team responsible for delivering the best quality across the Benelux and Nordic countries, if you want to engage on a daily basis to develop and strengthen our best practices, if you want to grow in supply chain expertise area, then this role is for you.
The Supply Planning Intern will support the Supply Planning team in ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely product availability across the Supply Chain. The role involves data analysis, process support and coordination with cross-functional teams to help improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency. We are looking for ×2 Interns!
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage supply of medical supplies and equipment (placing purchase orders, checking order confirmations and following up to react in due time if delivery variations occur).
- Manage deviating situations of supply (daily check of stock exceptions and take corrective actions if needed in planning system).
- Monitor Supplier (Ensure that planning parameters are in line with actuals and monitor and report deviations regarding contracts and agreements).
- Collaborate with the team on Ad-hoc requests.
Role Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, International Business, Business administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning and developent
