About the role

 

Join our expanding Master Data Management team in Vilnius and play a key role in supporting data operations within Mediq organization by collaborating with our business. If you're ready to drive growth and innovation, join our team!

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLA’s
  • Register new customers, suppliers and articles in the ERP system
  • Review information and ensure it is according to standards and supplier requirements for identification
  • Work on data enhancement and escalate data governance issues
  • Process additional requests for materials that does not meet standards
  • Carry out harmonization, replacement and duplication reduction processes
  • Ensure continuation of services in times of (un)expected unavailability
  • Create and/or maintain work Instructions
  • Suggest process improvements ideas and participate in the initiatives of bringing ideas to life.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus
  • IT literate (MS Office, data managing ERP)
  • Good understanding of technical items and documents
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Strong process and internal customer orientation
  • Attention to details

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,174 to 2,717 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
