About the role

 

As a Master Data Junior Assistant, you will support the maintenance, accuracy, and quality of master data across various systems used by Mediq. You will play an important role in ensuring that data is entered, updated, and managed correctly, helping teams across the business work efficiently and make informed decisions.

 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a Global Business Services environment, develop your data management skills, and build an understanding of cross-functional business processes. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments and countries, supporting daily master data activities while contributing to continuous improvements in data quality and processes.

 

This position is offered on a fixed-term 6-month contract.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLA’s
  • Register new customers, suppliers and articles in the ERP system
  • Review information and ensure it is according to standards and supplier requirements for identification
  • Work on data enhancement and escalate data governance issues
  • Process additional requests for materials that does not meet standards
  • Carry out harmonization, replacement and duplication reduction processes
  • Ensure continuation of services in times of (un)expected unavailability

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Some experience in administrative, customer service, finance, supply chain, or similar role is an advantage, but not required
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications and learning new systems and tools
  • Interest in working with technical products, data, and documentation
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1,200 – 1,600 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications and competencies.
