About the Role

 

Join our Master Data Management team in Vilnius and play a key role in supporting data operations within the Nordics by collaborating with our business. If you're ready to strive for a robust data set up, drive growth and innovation within our organization, then this role is for you.

 

This is a fixed-term contract for one year (with possibility to extend based on business needs and performance).

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Collect product data and mandatory documentation for a requested new product
  • Review the assortment in order to identify duplicate products
  • Establish and implement data cleansing project plans
  • Ensure successful preparation for tenders
  • Participate in correction of product data deviations received from inbound team
  • Ad hoc requests related with product data life cycle management that doesn't require specific product knowledge
  • Ensure that work instructions related to Data Specialist tasks are up to date
  • Suggest process improvements and actively participate in improvement initiatives and project

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus
  • IT literate (MS Office, data managing ERP etc.) or quick learner
  • Strong process and internal customer orientation, strong attention for details
  • Self-discipline with ability to work with deadlines and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex administrative issues

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,550 to 3,187 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
