About the Role
Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a pro-active, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to undertake and manage administrative office tasks, ensuring staff and managers in the Lithuanian office have adequate support to work efficiently. This role is a blend of administrative excellence and business support - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a central point of coordination. Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain working conditions.
- Process various invoices and manage expense forms, ensuring timely payment.
- Assist the Finance Manager with inventory management by maintaining accurate records of office assets and supplies.
- Plan and execute Mediq Lithuania events, including meetings, conferences, and office celebrations, ensuring they align with the company's culture and objectives.
- Foster a positive office culture by coordinating office events and initiatives that promote team bonding and employee engagement.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the executive team and office operations.
- Ensure office health and safety regulations adherence, managing related documentation and conduct safety drills as required.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, HR Admin or similar role.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Helpful, proactive and responsible.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (C2 level).

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,000 to 2,500 Eur gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
