About the Role

Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a purpose-driven and caring Operational Excellence Lead to join our Business Excellence team, focusing on process performance, data-driven insights, and leveraging digital tools to deliver cost-effective, high-quality process outcomes. As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional process changes, setting up and overseeing multiple related projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and become a trusted partner in identifying inefficiencies and defining improvement opportunities to drive impactful changes that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional business process change projects across the organization
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for process change initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are clearly defined and achieved
  • Oversee multiple ongoing projects, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely, transparent communication across stakeholders
  • Consult with Business Process Owners and Managers on key success criteria for identified process improvement projects
  • Define and promote project management methodology; provide with guidance, best practices, and tool support
  • Drive the entire business process change cycle; apply Business Process Management and improvement methodologies and principles (e.g., process discovery and visualization as-is and to-be for the processes in scope, root cause analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) to various process improvement initiatives
  • Delve, when needed, into the intricacies of the processes in scope; collaborate with cross-functional process teams to uncover inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities
  • Champion a culture of continuous process improvement and play a key role in driving Business Excellence across the Organization

 

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Work effectively with Business Process Managers, Owners, and other key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication on all ongoing projects, including progress updates and any other outstanding challenges across all involved stakeholders
  • Proactively escalate and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent listening and clear, concise written, verbal, and presentation skills

 

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5+ years of related experience in project management and process management
  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement/change projects, with a portfolio of tangible results
  • In-depth understanding and practical application of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of process management and improvement methodologies and techniques
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

 

Optional – Considered a Plus:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
  • BPM foundations certificate or equivalent

Monthly Salary:

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,721 to 3,741 Eur gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
