To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced and driven Global Sourcing Project Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing sourcing processes, driving digitalization, improving ESG compliance and helping shape the future of sourcing within Mediq.

You will join our international sourcing organization and report directly to the Director Sourcing Excellence.

As Global Sourcing Project Manager, you are the driving force behind sourcing excellence within Mediq. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in an international matrix organization where collaboration, stakeholder management and continuous improvement are essential.

You will work closely with sourcing teams across Europe to standardize processes, improve performance and lead impactful global projects.

What you will do

  • Drive the implementation of global sourcing standards, policies and ways of working;
  • Analyze and improve sourcing processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across countries;
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor sourcing performance and future-state requirements;
  • Lead and coordinate international sourcing projects, including sourcing events, payment term optimization and ESG initiatives;
  • Ensure ESG compliance within the sourcing community and with external suppliers, monitor progress and initiate corrective actions where needed;
  • Lead sourcing digitalization projects and assess system enhancements for global applicability;
  • Build and maintain a strong key-user network by providing training and driving adoption of sourcing systems and processes;
  • Prepare executive-level communication and reporting;
  • Bring stakeholders together, align priorities and drive collaboration across functions and countries.

What you bring

You are analytical, structured and able to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic international environment and know how to balance strategy with execution.

We are looking for:

  • A Master’s degree;
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience;
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes;
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization;
  • Expertise in sourcing systems and processes;
  • Knowledge of procurement principles and techniques;
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills;
  • Experience with financial planning and forecasting;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with S2C suites (preferably GEP).

You stand out when you:

  • Have a strong analytical and strategic mindset;
  • Work in a structured and data-driven way;
  • Are result-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectively;
  • Dare to challenge the status quo and proactively identify improvement opportunities;
  • Have a hands-on mentality and positive “can-do” attitude;
  • Thrive in change and innovation environments.

What we offer

At Mediq you become part of a dynamic international organization where people truly make the difference. We offer an environment where initiative is encouraged, ideas are valued and personal development is taken seriously.

You will join passionate colleagues who are committed to improving healthcare and making a real impact for patients across Europe.

What you can expect:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme;
  • Laptop and mobile phone;
  • Health and travel insurance;
  • 26,5 vacation days plus bank holidays;
  • Pension plan – 75 paid by employer;
  • Extensive opportunities for personal and professional development;
