About the role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team in Vilnius. The Global Center of Excellence (CoE) RPA uses the latest technologies available from classic RPA to Internet exchange point (IXP) and Agentic Solutions. The ideal candidate will hold a certificate in UiPath and will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to streamline our business processes globally.
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Design and develop RPA solutions using tools like UiPath
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Test and deploy RPA bots to ensure functionality and performance
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operation
- Provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Chatbot is an advantage
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or C is an advantage

Monthly Salary:
Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,100 to 4000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
