We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for Group Functions to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders of our Group Functions, including members of the Executive Committee. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our people strategy across borders, in close collaboration with country HR teams, business leaders, and our Shared Services Centres in the Netherlands and Lithuania.
Your Impact
Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Partner with Group Function leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable people plans.
- Collaborate with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team to align initiatives with Mediq’s transformation agenda.
- Ensure cross-country HR alignment with group and enterprise-wide priorities.
Talent & Succession Planning
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning for Group Functions and key roles in the countries.
- Build strong talent pipelines and address capability needs proactively.
- Facilitate talent calibration and succession planning discussions for senior leadership roles.
- Design and implement development plans in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and business leaders.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion Mediq’s culture and values, fostering inclusive leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies based on employee feedback and survey insights.
- Support leaders in building high-performing, connected, and inclusive teams.
- Drive change and transformation initiatives through a strong people-centric approach.
Organizational Development & Change
- Partner with functional leaders to drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
- Support transformation programs in digitalization, process improvement, and operating model shifts.
- Facilitate leadership development and team effectiveness across Group Functions.
HR Operations & Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison to HR Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Reward, L&D).
- Work closely with HR Shared Services in Lithuania and the Netherlands to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Optimize the employee lifecycle experience for the Group Functions population.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, matrixed, and commercially driven organization.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- A strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of culture transformation, engagement strategies, and change management.
- A hands-on, agile mindset, capable of operating strategically and executing effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
