About the Role

 

Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join the team in Vilnius. Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer cost price calculations and update prices in the ERP system
  • Investigate price differences between purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Calculate monthly off-invoice rebates and execute the monthly supplier data reporting and distribute to suppliers
  • Execute monthly CBT submissions and other various reports
  • Collect data on supplier due diligence and update ERP system with updated information
  • Collect supplier data on specific legislation projects or CSR, and update ERP system with new information
  • Collect data from suppliers and summarize information for the internal system
  • Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding price and supplier-related information.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business or related field
  • Experience working with Excel and ERP systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a global, multinational company with matrix structures
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools

Monthly Salary:

 

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,000 to 2,900 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
