Your Role at Mediq
As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of optimizing our transport flow across the Nordics. From booking to invoice control, your responsibility will include leading and executing transport-related projects, such as optimizations, tender processes, and system improvements that shape our supply chain. You’ll take the initiative in identifying key supply chain projects that add value to Mediq Group, monitoring and reporting on progress, and ensuring effective follow-up. By streamlining processes and managing cost and service optimizations, you’ll help achieve Mediq’s operational objectives.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Analyze, optimize, and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with both group and local supply chain teams.
- Coordinate and report on progress for various improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the business goals.
- Provide accurate reporting, KPIs, accruals, and invoice control to keep everything on track.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across countries to enhance global operations.
- Support in preparing business cases and budget planning for strategic supply chain initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
You are an analytical thinker with a strong background in Supply Chain, and you have 2-4 years of experience in this field. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have the operational mindset to get things done. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you excel in managing relationships, both new and existing. You also have a strong understanding of process optimization, stakeholder management, and the tools required to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
Your Background
- Education: You have an academic degree, ideally in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, including project management, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
- Skills: Highly skilled in Excel, financial acumen, and familiar with managing formal processes and tools to handle resources, budgets, and changes.
- Languages: Fluent in Danish and/or English.
