-
Building a multi-year sourcing and contract renewal roadmap based on spend analysis, business demand and technology developments.
-
Leading complex RFI/RFP processes, tenders and high-value commercial negotiations with international IT suppliers.
-
Challenging business requirements, licensing models and supplier proposals to identify sustainable savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
-
Negotiating and managing complex IT contracts, including pricing, indexation, licensing, data protection, cybersecurity, liability, continuity and exit arrangements.
-
Proactively managing contract renewals, reducing supplier lock-in and preventing unmanaged spend.
-
Developing strategic supplier relationships, leading business reviews and driving improvements in performance, innovation and commercial value.
-
Identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation, demand aggregation and standardization across our European markets.
-
Working closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Privacy and Information Security to ensure sourcing decisions support business needs and risk requirements.

You are a commercially driven Procurement professional who understands the complexity of IT sourcing and knows how to create value in an international environment.
You combine strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of technology, contracts and supplier markets. You are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and know how to balance commercial opportunities with operational continuity and risk management.
We are looking for someone who brings:

-
A strong track record in complex, high-value commercial negotiations and delivering measurable savings or cost avoidance.
-
Strong knowledge of software licensing, subscription models, contract lifecycle management and supplier governance.
-
Experience negotiating contractual topics such as data protection, information security, AI, liability, business continuity and vendor lock-in.
-
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate spend, benchmark and contract data into effective sourcing strategies.
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior IT and business leaders.
-
Experience working across multiple countries and managing different local requirements within a Group sourcing strategy.
-
A proactive, independent and hands-on approach, with strong ownership from strategy through execution.
-
A CIPS, NEVI or equivalent Procurement qualification is an advantage.
-
Professional fluency in English; Dutch and/or German is an advantage.
-
Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry is a plus.
What makes you successful?
You understand that successful IT Procurement is about more than achieving the lowest price.
You create sustainable commercial value by combining strategic sourcing, strong supplier relationships and effective contract management. You anticipate renewals, challenge requirements and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising security, quality or business continuity.
